HOGAN CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

Hogan’s Assessment Certification workshop qualifies professionals (Talent Development Specialists, Hr Professionals, HR Consultants, Psychologist and coaches) to administer our assessments. This course teaches the interpretation and application of Hogan’s three core personality-based assessments:

  • Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)
  • Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
  • Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

HOGAN ADVANCED INTERPRETATION WORKSHOP

Hogan’s Advanced Interpretation workshop is designed for Hogan Certified practitioners who want to get deeper interpretive insights from Hogan Assessment data. Skills acquired in this workshop will prepare you to analyze Hogan data at a deeper level and extract maximum interpretive value from the three core Hogan personality assessments. You will learn to:

  • Connect Hogan data points across scales and assessments for more robust interpretations;
  • Extract maximum value from subscales;
  • Learn advanced interpretation techniques around low HDS and low MVPI scores;

HOGAN ADVANCED FEEDBACK CERTIFICATION

Hogan’s Advanced Feedback Certification workshop is designed for Hogan Certified practitioners who want receive more extensive instruction and practice delivering effective Hogan feedback. You will learn to:

  • Deliver Hogan feedback within a cohesive frame;
  • Apply best practices for Hogan feedback delivery;
  • Troubleshoot common issues, such as resistance to feedback;
  • Connect assessment results to job context;
  • Create developmental action plans;
